What is Spaces?
Spaces is where your life lives. Make a space for your meals, closet, classes, hobbies, health routines, trips, or anything else that matters to you. Keep your photos, notes, files, and plans together, with Atlas to help you find things, work through ideas, and take the next step.
Which devices does Spaces support?
Spaces is built natively for Apple devices — iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Your content syncs across all your devices through your account.
Is Spaces free to use?
Yes. Spaces has a free tier so you can get started. Optional Starter, Pro, and Expert plans provide more credits and higher limits. Some AI features use credits. See our pricing page for full details.
How does the AI work?
Atlas understands the context of your workspace — the pages you're browsing, documents you've created, files you've uploaded, and notes you've written. When you chat with it, it draws on that context to give grounded, relevant answers with sources and structured follow-ups.
Can Spaces help me find things?
Yes. Ask Atlas to help you discover recipes, find outfit inspiration, compare products, explore places to go, or look for resources for something you’re learning. Browse the web inside Spaces and save useful finds with the plans they belong to.
What can I create with Spaces?
Meal plans, outfits and virtual try-ons, study guides, flashcards, quizzes, podcasts, images, videos, documents, presentations, and useful little tools. Start with an idea or the material you’ve saved in a space.
How do meeting notes work?
You can record meetings directly inside Spaces. The app captures a live transcript, and once the meeting is done, AI processes the recording into summaries, key decisions, and action items. You can also chat with the transcript to ask follow-up questions.
What are automation workflows?
Workflows let you chain together multi-step automations — like searching the web, analyzing results with AI, drafting outreach emails, and sending them through Gmail — all in a single pipeline. Workflows can pause for human review when needed.
Is my data private?
Privacy is a core principle. Your data is tied to your account and is not used to train AI models. For full details, see our privacy policy.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel or change your plan from within the app or through your App Store settings. You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
