Which devices does Spaces support?
Spaces is built natively for Apple devices — iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Your content syncs across all your devices through your account.
Is Spaces free to use?
Yes. Spaces offers a free tier that includes AI chat, documents, notes, study tools, meeting recording, and more. Paid plans — Starter ($24/mo), Pro ($89/mo), and Expert ($279/mo) — unlock premium workflows, higher limits, and advanced features. See our pricing page for full details.
How does the AI work?
The Spaces AI understands the context of your workspace — the pages you're browsing, documents you've created, files you've uploaded, and notes you've written. When you chat with it, it draws on that context to give grounded, relevant answers with sources and structured follow-ups.
What can I create with Spaces?
Documents, slide presentations, study guides, flashcards, quizzes, podcasts, maker pages and dashboards, and automation workflows. All content is generated by AI and grounded in your workspace context.
How do meeting notes work?
You can record meetings directly inside Spaces. The app captures a live transcript, and once the meeting is done, AI processes the recording into summaries, key decisions, and action items. You can also chat with the transcript to ask follow-up questions.
What are automation workflows?
Workflows let you chain together multi-step automations — like searching the web, analyzing results with AI, drafting outreach emails, and sending them through Gmail — all in a single pipeline. Workflows can pause for human review when needed.
Is my data private?
Privacy is a core principle. Your data is tied to your account and is not used to train AI models. For full details, see our privacy policy.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can cancel or change your plan from within the app or through your App Store settings. You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
