By accessing or using the Spaces application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

1. Experimental Alpha Release

Spaces is currently in a "Closed Alpha" phase. This means the software is experimental, incomplete, and provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. You acknowledge that the software may contain bugs, errors, and other problems that could cause system failure, data loss, or other damages.

2. User Accountability

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the content (including files, notes, and browser data) you manage within Spaces. You agree that any AI agents you deploy or interact with within the system are acting under your direction, and you are responsible for any actions they take based on your prompts or configuration.

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Spaces utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to assist you. However, AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete. Spaces makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information produced by AI agents within the platform. You should always verify critical information independently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Spaces for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: uploading malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using AI agents to generate harmful or illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

Spaces and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of its creators. Your data remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited, necessary license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Spaces immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACES AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spaces and its creators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via the website or application. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
